Helpful even to the advanced

What I desperately needed
The Lord put Kim and this book in my path when my heart cried out for help. I’ve tried so many diets but NEVER made my health journey with Christ as the cornerstone. Got the book and loved it so much that I downloaded the audio book to listen to when I’m busy. Kim does a great job performing the audio. Easy to listen to!

God is the Centerpiece of our fitness
I have always known that I needed Jesus in order to stop the starve/lose and binge/gain cycle, but I didn’t think that He cared about that part of our lives. But why wouldn’t He? He loves every single aspect of our lives. I
love that Kim addresses what the church never seems to mention..that gluttony is destructive and affects our relationship with Jesus. I also love how she says if we can only do one “W” habit (out of the 7 W’s) that if we read the Word each day, we will build a relationship with HIM, and all of the other “W”’s will fall into place! I know that this book is the answer for me and for you!

Fit Gods way

This book has decent information, albeit elementary in nature, and the author is extremely repetitive. She also attributed a quote from the book of James to the Apostle Paul. I’m not sure if I will finish this.
