Take your rightful place in the driver’s seat of your own life and career through focused and fearless business strategies.
Luxury fashion mogul and social activist Rebecca Minkoff built a fashion empire through hard work and a relentless drive to live her dream. In Fearless, Minkoff helps you learn how to:
- Face challenges head on, using Rebecca’s fearless approach to push yourself.
- Overcome the fear and trials female entrepreneurs often face.
- Break the rules and find success in places they previously thought to be inaccessible.
- Reach their goals, no matter how unattainable they may seem.
Through this book, Rebecca shares her own stories and teaches you how she was able to reach her goals to become the successful fashion designer she is today.
She shows that if you remain hungry, work hard, and face the unspoken rules that have held women back for centuries, you can make success happen for yourself.

Most of us have had this experience: browsing through countless options on Netflix, unable to commit to watching any given movie—and losing so much time skimming reviews and considering trailers that it’s too late to watch anything at all. In a book inspired by an idea first articulated in a viral commencement address, Pete Davis argues that this is the defining characteristic of the moment: keeping our options open. In Dedicated, Davis examines this quagmire, as well as the counterculture of committers who have made it to the other side.

How to Be Human explores life amid a world constructed for neurotypical brains when yours is not. Have you ever wondered why some people just seem to have life all figured out? Why do so many kids imagine what they want their lives to be like when they grow up, and only some achieve those goals? For author and business owner Reed Nyffeler, the answer is deceptively simple: to be like these people, you must first identify your priorities, develop strong habits, then discover and passionately pursue your unique purpose. But, as he will be the first to admit, sticking with it takes intentionality and discipline.

Story
The Web, and with it the Internet, are entering a new age. We’ve moved from the “Read-only Web,” which had little functionality for interacting with content, to the “Read-Write Web,” which offered seemingly endless collaborative opportunities, from sharing with our favorite people to shopping at our favorite brands. But the profusion of cyberattacks, data hacks, and online profiling have left many of us to view digital life as a Faustian bargain in need of a major rethink.

Story
In this gripping historical memoir, journalist and famed redwood activist Greg King examines how investors and a growing U.S. economy drove the timber industry to cut down all but 4 percent of the original two-million-acre redwood ecosystem. King first examined redwood logging in the 1980s—as an award-winning reporter. What he found in the woods convinced him to leap the line of neutrality and become an activist dedicated to saving the very last ancient redwood groves remaining in private hands.

Brain diseases are now the world's leading source of disability. The fastest growing of these is Parkinson's: the number of people with Parkinson's doubled to over six million over the last 25 years and is projected to double again by 2040. Harmful pesticides known to cause Parkinson's proliferate, many people remain undiagnosed and untreated, research funding stagnates, and the most effective treatment is now a half century old.

Inspiring!
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
There were only a few things that kept me feeling stable, but they weren’t enough and I found myself crying on a regular basis.
One day, my daughter had to give me a big pep talk and I was done with the lack of sleep and putting myself out of sorts to deal with yet another dramatic change — too many changes in the past few years.
I thought, I need to get myself together, this isn’t me and I need a good friend to help me through.
Well, that wasn’t it either…so I thought I would listen to a book that would serve enough inspiration to help me out of the funk of too many changes and too much solitude.
Scrolling on Audible, I stopped at FEARLESS and gave it a shot. A second go around. It’s even sweeter and more relatable to me this time.
I love Rebecca’s voice/point of view and candor. I just finished it and love her bonus at the end. It’s the cherry on top for sure.
I’m now going to listen a third time because I’m out of the funk and planning a brand new and scary adventure and I believe I will get even more this time round.
Thank you for sharing your journey and yourself!!
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a friend to help your through any phase of business and personal challenges, through any phase of life.
