Valuable information
While this book has tons of great insights, my only question is: how does one go about getting the codes to access the pdf files? Having access to the various charts would be so helpful so why isn't this included in the description? I hate that audible books don't come with the perks of their corresponding cd version even though those documents are easily available to us online.
