Excellent extension of The Fred Factor

Would you listen to Fred 2.0 again? Why?

I would listen to it again. I selected this to see if I should recommend it instead of The Fred Factor. This is definitely a great sequel. But people still need to read the first Fred book before getting this one.

Great Book!

This was a very practical book about how to implement the Fred principles in your life,business, or organization. I would highly recommend for anyone to read it who is interested in their improving customer service.
