I love all Dr Sharps audio series
I recently found these audio series from Dr happy . I've listened to every one of them. a lot of Wonderful , No Nonsense , easy to understand and implement habits. He speaks with care and kindness and has really inspired me . if you're looking for direction in your life he's a great place to start

One of the best I’ve heard on self improvement
I’m sure the author put a lot of time and effort in researching all the different perspectives to come up with the ideas to make someone’s life better. It was summarized very well. I heard it once but plan to go back to it multiple times.

Not bad, but not great
An interesting and somewhat inspiring podcast, but overall it felt kind of hollow. I liked the idea of bringing out each habit with an example of a person or philosophy, but many of the examples were so mainstream that it didn't feel any different than stuff I've seen before. Maybe that was the point, to deliver a message with more common and known people and ideas that it was easier to swallow for others.
