It all depends on your perspective

I’ve read other reviews and agree, he does say google it. However, I think if you are in a position to know you procrastinate, and needed just a nudge, this is it. He is pretty much saying stop looking for someone to hold your hand and just get off your rear end and do it.

Very Helpful

If you are actively looking to try to change your behavior and modes of thought, this will be very helpful. It does take some self awareness and self examination which can get uncomfortable, but is absolutely necessary to alter oneself. I piked the fact that he consistently talked about all of the free ways to achieve permanent change and that he wasn’t simply trying to get you to spend money on other things. You will only benefit from this if you are willing to put in some effort of your own.

Great motivation to continue improving at any age

Most of what is said here is common knowledge, yet it is nice to hear it exposed in such a compelling and delightful manner. It is true that we can learn and improve at almost any age, so what's stopping us. Maybe we thought we have started to learn French or exercising years ago, and it is possibly true that we should have started long ago, but it is also true that the second best time to start is today. This is by far my favorite series of podcasts in audible.

Excellent reading and precise suggestions

This podcast helped me to focus. The tips on rest, excuses, and priorities were very useful reminders.

choppy Audio quality

I really struggled to listen to this series because of the choppy and glitchy audio quality.

All good stuff

I love Dr Happy, he makes me chuckle because there are so many people in my life who would so benefit from this if they could get out of their own way. I am in a helping profession surrounded by people with all these excuses. When I try to point out what is so blatantly obvious to me I get met with all these lovely excuses about why they should maintain their miserable lives. It's so frustrating. Dr Happy allows me to refill my tank and get back out there.

Awesome Series

His voice and talking speed were comfortable to me. English is my second language, I didn't have any trouble understanding the content.
