Tools for Mindfulness

This book is very well read and presented I’ve listened to it about three times, when I find myself off track just a little these tools help me cope with staying in the present and mindfulness

A wonderful way to free the mind

The text offers wonderful means to relax, look to peace, and meditate. I would recommend this text to anyone who finds themselves frustrated or exhausted with life.

One of my all time favs

I read nearly all of Hahn’s books and this is in the top 3. It’s really good for a basic yet detailed understanding of Buddhism and how to be truly happy/one.

I recommend listening in parts taking a break processing, practicing, then continue on listening.

Great 👍

This book is wonderful. It is a great introduction to the concept of mindfulness and basic concepts of meditation. I will be reading more of his work. and for the narrator? he is fantastic. I could listen to him read anything.

Wonderful book!

Another gem from Thich Nhat Hanh! Helps me clear anxiety, harmonize and center myself and enjoy the present moment in peace regardless of circumstances - brings me happiness. Very practical and easy listening. Highly recommend to all.
