Nice motivational push

I like the inspiring feeling I got during and after listening to this. If you were craving pizza beforehand you won't anymore after listening, and it's those daily choices that give you your long term results. Great tool. Awesome production.

Good if you want to be health conscious

I like the headspace this audiobook puts me in. It's kind of like a life coach or a health coach that's giving you a pep talk as many times as you need it.

Goood

Sometime it is hard for me to keep healthy, even at the start of the new year. Getting out of the December habits of sweets, junk food and very little exercise, it's helpful to have someone in your ear telling you the right way to think about food and getting you back on track faster. Thank you!!!

Good 4 healthier eating

Good for healthier eating and healthier thoughts surrounding food, and getting yourself to a space where you can actually say no to junk food and not crave it at all.

Not what I was thinking

This is literally an entire “book” of repeated affirmations. I’m not saying it won’t help but this is not meditative nor hypnotic
