We have to fit with White beauty standards that are not our own, and if we dare to defy them, we’re labeled as “eccentric” or “weird”.
Your ideal body should fit no one’s standards but your own. As long as you're healthy, it doesn’t matter what people think of your body frame, your curves, or the size of your hips. The only opinion that matters is your own. But once you know what you want to look like, then you have to relentlessly go for it.

One of the best pieces of advice is to make your affirmations as realistic as possible. Adiah Simmons states: "By making your affirmations more realistic, they will become reality sooner." This makes sense to me as someone who sometimes feels that affirmations are a way to try to make the Universe do what you want just by saying it. What this audio book does is give you realistic affirmations that can create a positive feeling about yourself and your ability to attain your health goals.
