Consistent ideas with weight loss

I'm willing to try on a consistent basis. Weight loss and maintaining your weight is a long term journey so I'm sure I'll need to be talking into a better mindset more than once. And that's okay. :)

A lot of great sessions

I wasn't sure what to expect with this book, but I am certainly impressed. A lot of great sessions that left me feeling more inspired to take care of my body. Self care starts with the mind, and this is a great way to set healthy standards for yourself and keep great habits.

Higly recommended

This book is for who work with weight control in hypnosis believe that how you view yourself is an important part of a weight loss program when hypnosis is involved. The image that one holds in their mind tends to be the image that the body will emulate.

Helps to focus on diet for long term

Soothing sound

Using visualization to achieve your desired weight, ugh... I'm not sure how much progress I'd make with just this method alone, but when paired with exercise and diet I can see how it might work to lower my stress level. The narrator did a great job providing a soothing sound for this visual meditation
