When will people learn that adding sound effects and electronically processing their voice does not make up for a total lack of acting talent?
Because of the effects on the voice, intelligibility is marginal as the main reader stumbles his way through this story.
Doesn't Audible have any kind of quality control?

Any additional comments?

The voice performance was painful. Had a weird cadence to it that was distracting. Sound effects made some parts completely INaudible (see what I did there). Some voices used to indicate other characters were also unintelligible. Basically, I need to purchase another version or get a written copy. Complete waste of money/credits.

Of course, the story itself -- or what I heard of it -- was great.
