Great book, for emotional regulation

This book was clear and concise, it was extremely informative with all the right information on how to live a far more fruitful life, making sure you live life to the fullest. I love how the author goes into the good delta on the best way to really keep your emotions under control and I love the section on how to properly manage your anger. I also love the fact that the book details amazing strategies and methods to keep yourself calm of one being, mindful meditation. This book is also very well researched which I think is such an important component, the fact and methods provided have been scientifically proven to work, so I feel far more confident when moving forward and applying the method outlined.
