Panic attacks
Anxiety can bring us to a point of panic attacks. This is not good at all. I like how the audiobook teaches us how to identify a panic attack and how to resolve it if we are the one suffering from it or if it is someone close to us.

If the person you love suffers from anxiety you should know that dealing with this situation of your partner is not your responsibility and you don't have to know how to do it. The important thing is that you are there to support them in the process, but you should not blame yourself for their condition.
