Take back control.
Anxiety.. Anger.. These 2 issues have really taken away from my quality of life. I just feel bad all the time and that’s why I’ve bought this audio book bundle. I listened to this with my earphones over the weekend and I’ve got to say that this book really does teach you how to take back control of your life.

Take immediate action.
I agree with what the anxiety book said that if you’re suffering from anxiety, the most important thing you can do is to take immediate action. This goes the same way for anger as well.
