Great for Mindset Training
A message within the book that stuck with me while listening was, "Your main decision is really which mountain to conquer, not the details of the route up it." It is common for us to decide on what we want to do then immediately become overwhelmed with trying to figure out how to do it all at once. The book goes over ways for us to keep our mind strongly focused on the positive outcomes instead of the potential negative setbacks.

Really Shifted My perspective
I am one to be negative about where I am in life and at the same time not knowing what I really want (to add insult to injury). After listening to this book, for the first time in never, I actually have some clarity in which direction I would like to take my life in. The relief I feel is insurmountable and for that, I am ever grateful. Highly recommend reading it if you are in a similar position as me.

Really Good
I picked this book because I was at a crossroads after having hit some life goals I had set a while back. I was trying to figure out the next step and I couldn’t be happier I found this book. I was hooked from the get-go. I loved how appropriately slowly the book is narrated. It allows for you to understand and actually reflect on what you are hearing in the moment.
