Inaccurate Title

This is a good book but I feel the title is misleading. The author spends so much time talking about self coaching that it drifts away from “ life coaching.” I was expecting book that would teach you not only about life coaching but how you could use the various chapters of the book to coach someone else. Maybe, we need a little more of how to set up a successful practice and the steps the author took to do that herself.

Performance wise it’s ok, the book drags a little which I can’t blame the reader for. I think she was trying not to fall asleep herself.

Overall it’s a good book and I believe there is a market for it. Self Coaching for Dummies would have been more appropriate.

The book is ok

One thing I have to say is audible needs better narrators Im clairaudient so Im super sensitive to the energies and when I listen to some their ego, fake voice makes it hard to absorb the content and it even takes away from the content and its a common issue. Overall is an effective book yet in the end hugging trees were mocked which I find it dumb so Im guessing the whole publisher needs a name change as there are dumb sentences here and there. Thanks
