Being a woman is a powerful thing. You have the power to bear children, battle with your hormones, conceive it for nine months, become a mother, and for what it’s worth, You are a blessing.
Not all can do the job as you do, and taking care of oneself sometimes becomes impossible. Neglecting yourself is very common, especially to new mothers like me.
I sometimes forgot about myself because of the new responsibility in my hands.
It is like, you become a person you don’t know, which will make you realize that you let yourself go. For example, I am very successful with my career path. I got married, got pregnant, became a mother, and there it goes; I forgot all the advice of my friends and doctor about taking care of my body. Having horrible traces of stretch marks makes me furious that I thought I could not get rid of it and develop insecurities.
Taking care of yourself is not a sin. Although you might get yourself caught in the middle of being a mom and a wife, you have to look after yourself for your good.
Being aware of your health and body makes your mind more at ease.
This audiobook will inform you of all the changes in your body after giving birth. Stretch marks are one of the most hated changes in a woman’s body that make us feel less and unattractive. If only we had all the correct information that we needed, we could prevent it. Knowledge is power. Knowing your body is excellent. Si much good info...
If only I had this information when I was pregnant. I could handle prevented my stretch marks. I will used the information given to reduce their appearance. I highly recommend for anyone, not just women who want to take care of their skin and not have stretch marks.

Love it!

Such great advice
I listened to this with my niece who is expecting. There's so much we didn't know. I love a book with a clear step-by-step process to follow, and this book provides just that. Excellent narration too. It's a good one.

Stretch Marks Are Everywhere
I personally have stretch marks AKA tiger stripes everywhere after having my twins. It has been 10 years since and now my wife is carrying our newest addition to the family. We both listened to Lili Bloggs and have learned so much about how to treat and prevent! My wife is already doing what she learned to help keep them away!
