I found it to be the perfect antidote.
I'll be giving this as Christmas gifts this year as I not only found it's humor refreshing, I found it to be the perfect antidote to the current stressors we encounter in the world around us these days. Simple, beautiful ways to create a "sanctuary" for one's self and those around you. "Hyggelife" and striving for Hygge is now our pleasurable, obtainable goal.

I am so into Hygge! This book just made the journey so much better. I'm ready to move to Denmark. It lays everything out using colorful backgrounds. Gets you in the mood for Hygge. I love this book! It is very easy to listen and calming at the same time. It provides simple explanations of what hygge is, why it matters in Danish culture, and how to create hygge for yourself.
