Try this!
If you’re reading this and are familiar with this type of hypnosis and meditation, you’ll love it, top notch. If you haven’t tried anything like this, I’m just really happy for you that you’ve found this, go for it! Some of the reviews for this title are either incorrect or the issue was fixed. One person complained there is no suggestions/affirmations. They definitely ARE on the recording! I’m not surprised that someone would think that, the hypnosis is powerfully relaxing. You will not often make it very far consciously in the recording, that’s the way it is intended to work. I haven’t used a melatonin or sleep aid since discovering this type of audiobook. Anna Thompson is fantastic as well!

Any additional comments?
After listening to this audio book a couple nights, I started receiving free books and products for review. It's not winning the Lotto, but I haven't bought a ticket either. Sometimes you need to start with the little stuff, which gives you more confidence to work up to the big stuff. Years ago I did win a car, I bought this book to help me get back into the mindset to attract great things into my life again.
A dislike about this book is that after a relaxing span, the speaking will start again too loud. I especially dislike the last track. It always wakes me up! For a book that is made for 'deep sleep', why would it end with a loud track to wake you up???

one of the best.
this audio is one of the best easy listening calm soft voice.
but the chapter order is mixed up.
chapter 3 is actually the beginning then 2 and 4
would be nice if it could be fixed.

I fall to sleep, hypnotized almost immediately.
I fall to sleep, hypnotized almost immediately. I haven't consciously heard what the entire book is all about. I just know that I have noticed little positive changes here and there. I have notice I am more active and efficient both at work and at home. Again... little things here and there that I have personally noticed.
I also have to mention that I before listening to this book every night, I was taking 5 to 10 mg of melatonin to be able to sleep the entire night and waking up all drowsy. I don't take any sleep aiding supplements anymore.

Woke me up instead of relaxing me
I really liked the concept of this audio program. The narration, however lacks something and at one point makes an error which is hard to ignore when you are trying to relax and are expecting the error at every listen. The music at the end of chapter 2 woke me up a few different times. I don't really recommend this to anyone who may be sensitive to this sort of thing.

Dont waste your money
This audio book is supposed to provide the listener with hours of positive affirmations. It falls way short. There's actually more music interludes than anything else. Disappointing.

all three tracks are mainly guiding you into sleep and then music or sounds. Where is the actual track that is supposed to speak to your subconscious? Total rip off!!!
