I liked the after effects of this hypnosis, which for me was a decreased appetite. It lasted more than 4 days before I had to listen to it again. It's lasted longer since then, which has helped me slim down.

Distracting Background Music
I personally had a difficult time relaxing with the background music. For me it had too many high pitched modulations that were outside the narrators voice range. Some notes even made me cringe.
