It says what everyone should hear, but I already knew these things and need more information to actually have some use of this book. Yes, whole foods plant based is the best way of eating, but how do you really deal with the cravings? I am not very mindful and it does require willpower to make the change. It didn't give me the same feeling of certainty of success the 'the easy way to stop smoking' book gave me back in the day... :(

listen to his quitting alcohol or cigarettes book, and apply those methods to food. Listening to this book felt like listening to a watered down version of the alcohol book.

This book is amazing! Allen Carr's approach to many repeated behaviors is handled "The Easy Way." He has many books to help eliminate behavior patterns that create problems in one's life: smoking, gambling, drinking, fear of flying, and this one addresses eating. Seems like I have dieted all my adult life, and no matter how much weighing, measuring, and counting I did, my cravings undermined my efforts! Having these cravings under control is the key to success!

I have really enjoyed listening to this audio book (more so that easy way to stop emotional eating - mostly due to the narrator) and I have found that putting into practise the suggestions in this book as I have been going along with listening to it has already seen me completely change my eating and movement and I am already so much more in tune with my hunger and am craving fresh and healthy food. It’s especially helpful having the resource of the hypnotherapy to listen to as well. I have already lost weight and I am excited for what is to come !!!

having a health condition like Multiple Sclerosis isn't easy. Food is such an essential key to the course of this illness. I read other books on diets that I should be on and they never really stuck and left me confused. This book felt like a perfect first step to begin changing my diet and living a healthy life while battling this disease.

Another great book from Allen Carr! Can't believe I almost didn't buy it cause of the reviews. I wonder if people actually pay attention to what they are reading. This man's a genius when it comes to understanding human behavior. And, yes, I know his method works cause this is how I used to eat before I was brainwashed by society to eat junk.

not as good as his drinking book, but it can definitely still work. a lot of people will be turned off about the meat thing, although to his credit he doesn't say you can't eat meat.
