informative, but robotic and redundant

Great resource for fasting, but robotic​ delivery and redundant warnings for diabetics and their possible need for medication dosage adjustment (I get the need, but...) gets this a 4 star.

Great info, I'm optimistic for the first time in decades!

I have to admit, I preferred that voice, tone and style of the guy who narrated the Obesity Code.

He was excellent!

Awesome Information

Great methods to experiment with fasting. Provides a lot of science to debunk a lot of myths about eating every 2-3 hours, which is completely ridiculous if you are trying to lose weight and/or get healthy.

introduction into intermitting fasting

this audio book is suitable if you want to be introduced to intermitting fasting and understand the thoery behind it.
Although many reviewers critisized the narrator style, I found it normal. Bottom line, i highly recommend this book if you are seriously thinking about fasting.

Material fantastic, reader horrible

For someone undergoing the subject matter it gave me a ton of information and inspiration.However, I almost stopped listening dozens of times because the narrator was so full of himself that it made the material hard to pick out of his egotism. I understand he is a co-author but all his personal angst did not lend itself to this being such important information for someone wanting to understand the technique and importance of fasting in weight loss and the reversing of diabetes. I would like to review sections of the book but fear I would just get irritated again so I may have to purchase the book and read it without the annoyance factor. Dr. Fung, please re-record this with someone else!
