The narration was the weakest part of this audible book. I could never tell whether it was his own commentary or if he was quoting for Dr. Fung or someone else. A professional narrator would have been a better choice.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Overall great content. A bit of a different take on the Obesity Code, which I liked. Certain subject matter was repeated several times throughout, which made it easier to remember later, so in this case it was a good thing and I suspect intentional.Great content but . . .
