This is a very interesting audible for listening
I found this audio book to be very interesting on how hypnosis and weight loss are connected and how you can use hypnosis to help you lose weight. It's a different look on how to lose weight. Its helping you and still giving you results as long as you stay focused.

Wonderful Book
I found it to be a wonderful book with a very friendly tone and lots of interesting information. It truly has made me look at meditation and struggles with weight loss differently. I like how I felt after listening, motivated, not wanting to ruin my diet again. Loved it.
