The storyline continues to get better and better with each book. I think its my 2nd or 3rd time to listen and I never get bored.

I like this book. I actually love it 😀 😍 ❤. Ah V is hot 🔥. He is fire. I am glad he is with Claire. I love Claire. They both are perfect for each other. I can't believe Claire is the Author of the blog Miss adventures of a dating failure. I was wondering who was the author. Well now she hit the jackpot with a hot men who loves her, and now they are having a Blessing coming. I can't believe what Usaeil did to Claire. she is a horrible person. I hope they will find Con. Usaeil really deserves a painful and slow death. I hope Claire and V will not lose their upcoming 🙏. They deserve happiness. I am glad that Balladine will help Rhi. He really loves Rhi, and is ready to do anything for her. I hope nothing will happen to him. I love Balladine he is hot 🔥 and arrogant. I really love this book 📖!. It is just amazing 👏.

Another Dragon Kings book bites the dust and now it’s just a waiting game for the next one. I do think it was great that we were left wondering about Con and whether or not he let Usaeil kidnap him or if she really snuck up on him. Can’t wait for the next book.

I also liked the love story between Claire and V. There was so much going on that the two didn’t spend the entire book having sex. AND I liked the (Mis) Adventures of a Dating Failure Blog. I thought it was pretty sad and funny at the same time.

I’m looking forward to Con and Rhi’s stories books, I only hope they don’t talk silly and childish like authors are wont to do with their main characters when they have them fall in love. Just sayin’

Explicit sex and the F-bomb is used 13 times.

As to the narration: Audible reviewers have all 4- and 5-star reviews for Antony Ferguson and I don’t understand that. He’s barely okay. His women’s voices are terrible. Not only do they sound like men there is no emotions in his reading whatsoever, with his men or women. 15 books and he just refuses to work on his female voices. I don’t get it. I think in one book he was pretty good but he's definitely not a constant.

This one has a little of everything you could possibly ask for. It also has a surprise, one that may turn out sad instead of happy. Well have to wait and see. A great book with great narration by Antony Ferguson.

I was introduced to this author as a part of the Audible Escape package. This book was purchased as both and eBook and audiobook. Ignite is #15 in the Dark King series; which is a part of the greater Dark World. Characters from previous books appear and longer subplots are formed and beginning to build.

Claire is the nurse that follows Sophie to Dreagan, she is also the (spoiler). She pretends to be ignorant of the Dragon Kings so that will not take her memories. V is struggling, he has his sword back but he can not seem to get it to work. He worries the Others have done something to him or the sword, the only time he feels right is when he is with Claire. When a member of the Others, “gifts” Clair with the ability (spoiler)…. Claire and V’s lives are up ended and all those at Dreagan are left reeling.

As with all Donna Grant books in the Dark World series once you get in… it is hard to get out.

Finally V's story. There is something that has always intrigued me about this Dragon King who prefers to stay sleeping and not in the world. His life has not been an easy one and he struggles to fit in with the other Dragon Kings and they mates because of his desire to be alone.

In this book the author Donna Grant shows her control and use of emotions to perfection in the character of V. Showing V as a dispassionate person and as he slowly moves through his tough outer exterior to compassion and need. The reader with feel a pang in their chest as they get to know more about him and his struggles creating a deep connection with his character making this book one of my favorites.

Claire will surprise the reader as much as she delightfully surprises the Dragon Kings and their women by the end of the story. Her character is made of quiet strength and starry eyes with a dose of reality. Claire will enchant the reader with hidden feistiness,

I give this 5 STARS and recommend it to all readers who love a compassionate love story.

I love this book!!! The Dragon Kings series is simply awesome. This book is no exception. Donna Grant's storyline is full of adventure with speculation and sexy romantic couples combined with intriguing plot twists. Antony Ferguson absolutely brings all the colorful characters to suburb life with their own personalities and accents. I very highly recommend this book. Can't wait for the next book.
