An Amazing Resource for Teens!
I wish this audiobook was available when I was a teen. What a wonderful resource for teens during these crazy times. With social media, self-esteem and social anxiety have become major issues for teens. And parents can also really benefit from this audiobook as they learn how to help build their teen’s self-worth and confidence. I highly recommend this book for parents AND teens!

Perfect Teens!
I highly recommend these audiobooks for teens or parents of teens. The author covers many topics like self-esteem and social anxiety, I struggled with both when I was in school. I wish I had these audiobooks in school, it would've saved a lot of time on my end. I liked that its called "In Your Power-Zone". It makes the listener think, "What does MY power zone look like?". Guidance counselors would also benefit from listening to this audiobook. It can provide them with the right resources and action steps to use at their school.

Good book for helping with self esteem!
I like the way this book was laid out and developed as it deals with many core issues. We all want to change somewhat, but this book deals with the introspect of what things we truly may want to change. Simple things like looking different, and comfort zones. These things have huge effects on our decision to make changes. I like they way you stress to take your time.

I was shocked that I received two books. It included the pdf copy, helpful for following along. I found this insightful, motivating, and easy to listen to. I liked how the author used others stories to relate the material and how we can learn from them. Great book.

Create a New Mindset!
Learning how to break the negative cycle was very important to me. The author moves forward offering tips on changing your mindset in a positive direction. And it's ok to set boundaries and say 'no'. And then tells us to celebrate our successes! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this audiobook to incorporate different strategies to help you be a more confident person in life.

I highly recommend this audio book!
It might sound weird but I got this for myself, with the intention of then giving it to my daughter. Hear me out, I wanted to understand where she is in life and we've been struggling to communicate lately. She is very much an introvert and any encouragement I have tried only seemed to harden the social shell she has. This book taught me so much and I can see it working for her already. I think it really allowed her to find value in herself and from that, began valuing herself in conversations or seeing the talent she has, even if it is very modestly. It's all little steps at the moment but those are steps moving forward. Would highly recommend for any teen and I wish I had it at her age.

Very helpful
I enjoy that the author leaves these complex concepts simple and understandable. The suggestions are realistic and attainable, and it feels like you are getting life advice from a good friend. I enjoyed the most about this book: the self-appreciation exercises to raise your self-image. I found them relatable and easy to practice in everyday life.

Great book
The author beautifully explains how teenagers trying to cope with expectations, changing bodies, and meet social expectations can put a lot of pressure on students. She mentioned that creating a new mindset power zone that having a fixed mindset, growth mindset are just a few of commitment needed to stay grounded. This book is a must have for teens. Will totally recommend!!!

Worth the Listen!
Awesome audiobook with really helpful information! I have severe social anxiety—like, the type where I used to agonize about where to sit on the first day of school so that the least amount of people could stare at me while still being under the teacher’s radar—and this had some helpful tips that I’ll have to try and implement going forward. I have a new job where I’ll have to talk with people a lot (receptionist at a hospital), so with any luck this will make doing that less painful than it has to be.
