Written by a nurse and one that obviously knows her stuff, this book addresses everything from thinning hair to emotionsl upheaval, night sweats and hunger cravings. Truly so content rich that it is hard to say what parts are best. From someone who struggles with a lot of issues from forced early menopause, this book is fabulous. Eager to see the changes wrought as I dive into the recommendations!

Love love love!
Ok, I absolutely love this book! I am a total nerd when it comes to menopause and hormones. It is so interesting how our bodies change. As a midwife, I see many patients struggling through menopause and there is so much to teach that I don’t have time for in the clinic. The author brings this down to a level that every woman will understand and gain knowledge from! Back to the basics! Menopause is normal, it’s physiological, and she not only goes over typical treatments but also homeopathic treatments as well. She makes this a beautiful read as well, this one is staying on my bookshelf!!

Headed into the Change
As a woman in my late 40s, I have started to have some of the symptoms of perimenopause. I've listened to a few books on the subject, but this audiobook, by far, has the biggest list of resources. The author deep-dives into the science-backed impact menopause has on the body. Despite all the physiology, the author infuses comedy and takes a light-hearted approach. The tips and tricks presented have helped me.
