Best sounds and music
I am able to relax and enjoy restful sleep when I listen to this. I tried several other programs of meditation, sounds, and music and this is the only one that works. I highly recommend it.

I can easily try to relax

Nice
This helps me relax and lower my anxiety. It's crazy how pleasant and relaxing. I use it for my daily meditations. I am able to play a relaxing sound and ignore the chaos around me. It really helps me get through the day.
