Best sounds and music
I am able to relax and enjoy restful sleep when I listen to this. I tried several other programs of meditation, sounds, and music and this is the only one that works. I highly recommend it.

I can easily try to relax
Interesting audio to have in my digital library, I love audible, I travel so much that I can't carry all my books with me, only with my smartphone I can feel at home, these sounds are perfect to make me relax especially on long business trips.

Nice
This helps me relax and lower my anxiety. It's crazy how pleasant and relaxing. I use it for my daily meditations. I am able to play a relaxing sound and ignore the chaos around me. It really helps me get through the day.
