Ability to influence and the methods needed to be effective
I am the product of one of the urban community projects that Dr. Caldwell referenced in his book. I have been influenced by his involvement during the earliest stages in my life. That influence drove me to completing my bachelors and masters in business administration. Now I am a manager in the corporate world and influence others to become successful. A great read, and I will recommend this book to others.
