Excellent balance between high level concepts and needed details to implement quickly. I like that they also include guidance on what size/types/stages of business growth these principles are applied to so that you can self-select how to leverage concepts.

This is how you get it done.

One of the best books I’ve read in the last year and I read a lot of books and rarely leave reviews. Very thought provoking and actionable.

This book is a hidden gem

Pinnacle is the Linux of business management blue prints or Business Operating Systems such as Traction, Scaling Up or the eMyth. Greg and Steve explain the origins of the key principles included in most systems and have given me the permission to customize my system to the unique needs of my business. I have a company to grow so will look to hire a Pinnacle Business Guide in my area to guide me to the top of my business mountain. I could not be more excited to start moving and climbing faster after reading this book.

Great Read - One size does not fit all.

I enjoyed reading this book and ended up reading the follow two books by the same organization after this one (The Path to the Pinnacle & Enjoy the Climb). The principles they use are important elements to a strong fountation. It's unique in that they have in a customized approach, not a one-size-fits-all operating system like many others.
I recommend reading the other books too, they complement each other well and have great examples of succes from businesses who have implemented the system with a Guide.

A new and improved take on business operating systems

This book is a long promotion for Pinacle business consultants. Not saying there isn’t value, but it’s lightweight. Look elsewhere for practical business advice.
