In this interview, Beth Anderson gets author Daniel Handler to reveal some of the secrets of his alter ego Lemony Snicket. This is a chance for fans of Snicket's series to hear a bit more about his motivations. Also, we get to hear how he squirrels out of questions he doesn't want to answer.

Interesting Interview with Daniel Handler

Wonderful little teaser from the author. You get to learn how the lemony snickett name came about, a bit about the eye, the story setting and more. A quick enjoyable listen.

Great bit of back story

This interview was interesting. I found the interviewer to be both skilled and personable, which often makes all the difference in an interview. Daniel Handler (Lemony Snicket) is just as interesting as you would imagine. However, it sounds as if he is phoning into this interview and the sound quality reflects this; still worth your time.

Interesting interview, but poor quality recording

A great interview for the die hard fans of his series. My kids enjoyed hearing from the author directly.

This interview made me want to read more books by the author - even after reading all the Serious of Unfortunate Events as they were released.

Fun, informative interview

Beth Anderson is a skilled interviewer. What's more, Daniel Handler is a skilled responder. His wit and humility completely charmed me. The audio quality could be better, but it's at least as good as A.M. radio and it wasn't something that really interrupted my enjoyment of the interview. I highly recommend this free soundbyte.

REALLY enjoyed it.
