About this listen

My family's whiskey empire needs to keep me as CEO. But thanks to my dad's will, to take my place as rightful head of the company, I need to find a wife - if only I could just get my brother Sean's pain-in-the-arse best mate Grace out of my head long enough to focus on finding a decent woman.

The woman maddens me, but she's a longtime friend of the family, so giving her a job as my assistant is the only way I can keep everyone off my back. But the more time I spend with her, the more I find myself looking differently at this girl from my past. Too bad she's decided not to give me the time of day.

I need an Irish Man

I enjoyed this story, but not as much as the first book. I didn’t connect with Jack and Grace as much as I did with Fallon and Connor. I did love the narrators very much. Elizabeth is amazing with all the different accents she does for the characters. I almost forgot that it was the same person.

The story will still very sweet, and I still recommend the book, but listen to it. It makes it so much better.

Jack or Mr. Darcy?

This book is funny, sexy and quite moving. As the storyline progressed, I kept on seeing Jane Austen's Mr Darcy's traits in Jack Murphy, stoic, a bit arrogant, a little prideful, responsible and quite loving and forgiving of his lady love. It was very endearing.

Elizabeth Klett is one of my all-time favorite narrators. Her performance as always was outstanding. I love the way she can change her voice, accent and tone to match the characters and moods.

Another Fantastic story by Magan!

This best friends brother romance is amazing from beginning to end. Grace & Jack have depth and great chemistry. They overcame several challenges thrown their way and realized that in the short time they knew each other, they had fallen in love. Elizabeth Klett & Richard Sawyer do a wonderful job portraying & bringing the characters to life. Four words for you: One click this NOW! Seriously, click don't sample, this book.
