Awesome

Turley keeps me on Trak wiith my health and weight loss. Program also provides motivation to exercise so relaxing at bed time and through out the day

Did not work for me

I like the idea of listening to something like this before going to bed, and did so about a half dozen times. However, I don't think it worked for me.

Incredible

I had almost lost hope of regaining control of my emotional eating. I've been listening to the sleep series and this one has given me control of my life again. I have several things I can use so over eating and just plain eating emotionally are now under my control. Thank you Joel for making me the Architect of a bright future.

Additional benefits

I continued listening and
improved my posture. I've been told that I carry myself with more confidence. Added benefits I didn't expect. I have more energy too. It does help. I'm losing weight with little effort, 1 or 2 lbs per week. Slow and steady weight loss is best.

Working

I like that I can do one or both tracks as I go to sleep. I am writing this as I finished a salad for lunch; Joel mentions a nice salad in the tracks. So, if you believe in hypnotherapy this is worthy. If you do not believe in hypnotherapy this is and any other hypnotherapy is not for you. I have other books by him and subscribe to their efficacy. That said, one must not expect to listen to a track and suddenly be perfect in a day or three.

We will see what happens

I have been sleeping through the majority of it but I know my subconscious is getting it. I will see what happens. I didn't like the long pauses in-between the content but that's the only complaint. The narrator voice was nice and soothing.

Keep your goal at the forefront of your mind

I highly recommend these tracks. I enjoy meditation and self hypnosis, but the 'Jumpstart Your Metabolism' is relaxing and it gives you actions to help keep you goal in mind. Thank you. I am a fan.

rubish

instead of wasting money on this book just tell yourself that you are feeling good and have an awesome metabolism..... because thats all this book does....
