changing ones metabolism truly is the key to getting off and being done with dieting. Her information, research, facts are believable which makes attainable. I recommend reading the book all the way through before starting the diet and I also bought her diet cookbook as a companion which made a lot more variety of different recipes to try.

This could not have come at a better time. I'm tired of being Sick AND Tired. 6 days in, and I am already feeling better, and the weight is dropping. If not for the audio version, I never would have gotten through this book. I'm so glad I did.

What did you love best about The Fast Metabolism Diet?

I did like that the diet was so detailed and easy to follow. The science behind it was explained and based on research (some times)

How could the performance have been better?

While there is some science backing to the diet, i really hated how some of the book is so unscientific. The "don't believe in calories" part discredited the author in my eyes. Also, having done a month of the diet, and achieved significant results (~10kg lost) i really doubt that the result comes from the cycling of foods. I generally believe that the result comes from the massive food group restrictions (that do make sense) and i challenge the author to do a legit research with a control that eats a similar diet , but without the cycles. i bet the results will be absolutely the same.

Great book, great info, author referred to PDF a lot, but I can't find it. Without it you can't do this diet. All recipes and foods list in PDF format, and there is no info where can I get that.
