Not much to it
A lot of this audio book is just reading charts or the authors’ citations at the end. The Keto diet is simple, so this reads more as a sales pitch for the diet. Still I valued the information it presented in several spots. The performance was ok, but there were several mispronounced words. I feel like if reading out loud is your job, you should look up words that you don’t know. For the price, overall, this book can be an ok introduction to the diet, though I’m quite sure there are better written books available on the subject.
