One of the reasons I love this is its light and easy. There's no pressure coming from the writer. I feel comfortable with this that it didn't take time for me to decide that I'm in. I can’t wait to put this into action.
Intermittent fasting is basically using an alternating cycles of fasting and eating, instead of eating all hours during the day. It’s the eating pattern I’d like to incorporate in my routine. Aside from hearing It from this guide book, I’ve read a number of blog posts on how effective IF is.
