Very nice information about plant based diet!

I am not that knowledgeable about being fully plant based. This audiobook was interesting to listen to that taught me some things I didn’t know about being on a plant based diet. Overall audiobook was pretty good!

Great if you're trying to loose weight

As someone who's trying to give up meat completely, this book came in handy! Plants are easier to digest and cause our body to do little work! Long gone are the days when I eat processed food!
We Americans tend to have high bmi's! Plant based is what I'm going for!

Must Listen health book

I has gained a lot of useful knowledges from this book. I understand more food and exercise, genetic body and metabolism. How I should eat plant based diet and why its so beneficial to my body. I like the book tips especially about we should not use supplements too much, it cant replace food, i have this problem. It is worth it to buy this book I confirm!!!!

What a great book!

I learned a lot from this book. There are so many benefits to having a plant-based diet for everyone. Not only it's nutritious, low cost, easy to digest, tastes good, and healthy, it also helps you to lose weight, and gain strengths, which is important for athletes. Plants contain lots of powerful anti-oxidants good for your health. The key is to be persistent and stay the course despite some of the challenges you may encounter along the way. Always keep your ultimate health goal in mind! An awesome book and a must read!

Awesome plant based diet book for beginners !

My parents became vegan a year or so ago and have seen dramatic increases in their health. Lower blood pressure,lower cholesterol and weight loss. So I knew it was something to take seriously. however I am very much an active person and had questions about someone for my age and activity level. I really enjoyed the information about getting enough protein which was a concern of mine . I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in this topic.

I don't agree on a hundred percent vegan diet, but I believe that it can be possible.
The main problem with vegan diets is a much more expensive cost to maintain.
