Just another diet book

I like the easy quick review of how to follow this diet. The beginning of the actual diet doesn't start until chapter 3 in the audible version. It was quick to get through the whole book, less than an hour. I missed more details and recipes for the diet. The book goes through the diet so fast that I felt it must have missed elements of the diet. My review is more about the book than the diet. I am going to follow this diet but will go to other sources to get more information.

Ok for a guide...

A bit pricey and audio is the wrong format for this kind of slim, data driven panphlets.

Not Good

Copy and paste from WebMD & Mayo. Several mistakes regarding exercise. Too little overall info. Logically inconsistencies.

Total Contradiction

This wasn't helpful. The meals are full of carbs....yes spinach has carbs. For anyone who already works out this was too basic and clearly written by someone with a racetrack metabolism. Any woman who eats 3k calories and is not running daily marathons can't lose weight. First the book says you don't have to count calories then it says you should.

I am a fan of ketogenics but this was not a helpful resource l.

just Ok

I am getting into a keto lifestyle. I have recently read books quite heavy on the science end, and thought this would be a simple review. The problem is it's far too simple, and actually contradicts a couple of the things that the keto doctors say.
