A must read for today's leaders
I found the learning that I gained from the original book was so incredibly powerful that since my first reading, I've purchased multiple copies for emerging leaders that I've mentored over the years. With the release of this updated version, which is even more relevant in today's post pandemic environment, I'm certain I will be purchasing additional copies to share with others. The book provides science and multiple firsthand examples of how leading with empathy and heart is incredibly effective. I'm so pleased to see how this book is shattering obsolete thinking about how “Human Resources” need to be controlled and manages in the workplace. Thankfully, leadership has evolved in large part from the messaging that Mark Crowley continues to uncover and share.
