This audiobook is a journey for life. I also own the paper version but hearing the lessons as read by Dr. Ablow seemed so personal that it was almost like an individual therapy session. I look forward to future books from him.

This is a book that was recommend by a therapist at University and I was apprehensive at first, But once I began to dig into this book it has been life changing. This book has allowed me to unpack things that I thought I got over but they were still lingering in my psyche. It is a shorter audiobook but in that short time it can truly change your life.

I saw myself reflected in the stories of Keiths clients. Many points reminded me of myself but one thing in particular was that controlling people often as children were punished for not being perfect.

Who am I when I stop running.

I bought this book because I am legally blind and it got really hard to read the actual book. In the audio book he refers to a "work book" which I obviously don't have. I feel like I would have gotten more out of it if I had the work book that went along with the audio book. It skips over sections of the book throughout parts 1 and 2. It also leaves out the entire 3ed Part of the book. Very disappointed.
