This book is a transcription and reproduction of the training course materials from Course number six called the “Energy Body Health”.
The "Energy Body" is described by the Indians as consisting of the “chakras" and the Chinese as being the "Energy Meridians”. You can learn to utilize and see this energy body to improve your health and longevity.
In this book, we explore some details of the Energy Body and provide lots of exercises on how to move the energies around your physical body.
I learned about the Energy Body as a young man in college and learned how to take vital forces energy into my body, which was hugely beneficial for me in the long run.
