About this listen

The signs are unmistakable, Momar isn't just targeting Austin's brother.

When one of Momar's grunts breaks into Austin's territory looking to grab Jessie for questioning, Jessie and her crew realize they are under fire. In order to protect themselves, it becomes obvious they need backup.

Thankfully, the basajaun's people have invited Jessie and her crew into the basajaunak lands. This is their golden opportunity to seek their help.

The problem is, a host of mages and mercenaries are following them. Once they take Jessie this time it won't be just for questioning, and she won't be coming back.

To omit this detail to the basajaunak would result in punishment. And everyone knows "punishment" with basajaunak is synonymous with an unmarked grave. But to tell them would get their visit canceled and force them to face the threat alone. Either way could mean certain death.

Decisions, decisions.

Welcome back to O'Briens, where the only certainty is that nothing is normal.

Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects and cinematic music!

Love the Graphic Audio version of this series! The narrators really bring the story to life! The background sounds are not over powering and really captivating

Like: the story, the writing, the performances, I.e. everything

Dislike: not one thing

I’ve read this series quite a few times and loved it, but the nuances and expressive voices that the performers add are priceless. LOVE THIS SERIES!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The actors add so much to the already amazing story!

I’ve bought both versions of all available books. Both dramatized adaptation and audiobook. The audiobook version is great and the adaptation is exceptional as well. Both are so hilarious. I can’t wait and hope Breene does do a hardcover for the books and anticipate the 11th book. Either version of the audio version is amazing. And as the dramatized versions come out, I’ll purchase them. I just kind of hated Austin and how he’s only nice to Jesse and kind of an asshole. He’s protective of her but mean to those who care for her. It’s slightly disgusting. It’s so fun re-listening to the books again. This series has brought me tears and happiness that makes this my favorite series. I hope we all give enough feedback so Breene will make a hard cover version. You won’t regret getting the dramatized and audiobook versions as they come out. Both are so wonderful in their own rights and give such different depths for each version. You’ll fall over laughing. And heal parts of you if you have ever been through anything Jess has been through. Breene is a genius in her own right and so happy they made audiobooks and dramatized adaptations for each book. Edgar, Mr.Tom, Nieve, the whole cast is amazing. Tristan and Nessa have also enticed me that I’m literally DYING for the next book and I miss Edgar and the Gnomes so much. Especially Ivys house’s humor.

3rd Time Listening To Both Versions.
