Good book but terrible audiobook

The book is well written for immediate understanding of how to apply the process. The SHIFT method is well thought out and of sound reasoning. The audiobook is terrible, the narrator even though he sounds like he belongs on talk radio gave an awful performance trying to bring it life he actually out it to death. The author performance the introduction and was much better, should have been her for the entire book.

Brief rehash of old ideas.

What disappointed you about Make Your SHIFT?

Nothing new here. Simply a rehash of ideas that have been around a long time. To make it worse having a man narrative a woman author really doesn't help. Hard to visualize the man in Beverly's experiences. I was really disappointed in this one.

What could Beverly D. Flaxington have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Have a female do the narrative. Might have been more believable.

What didn’t you like about Beverly Flaxington and Mike Slemmer ’s performance?

Have to say they were simple concepts.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Dissapointment.

Nothing I haven't heard before.

This is not a great book to listen to because it's true value lies in application through the worksheets. By only listening it is nothing that I haven't read before in other books, but the focus on application is the important part.
