If you or someone you know experiences anxiety, you’ll see that the examples given and stories told are authentic. The advice and exercises are clear, easy to follow and are presented with realistic expectations for results. I feel better for listening (narration was perfect!) and look forward to re-listening and using this as an ongoing resource.
