Great way to learn to deal with anxiety

Interesting!!

I couldn't get out of the house very often because of my anxiety so I decided to see if this workbook could help with that and it really has. I feel more hopeful and confident leaving the house and I'm ready to get back to seeing my therapist.

Works also for existential anxiety!!

Loved how I can relate so much with a book. It's line the author read my mind. Easy listen and so great at helping to understand the way our brain works and how to get over our anxiety!

So far, this workbook has been a huge help. It took me a couple days to get in the habit of working on it. The book is very well described and easy to understand. The exercises are practical and easy to incorporate in my daily life.

It’s a positive!!

What I like most about this book are the exercises and the resources and references. Many exercises are 5, 10, or 15 minutes--and can be done almost anywhere and anytime. Really appreciate this audio book!!

Veritable useful exercises!!

I learned how to calm myself down. It doesn't make you feel bad if you have confused fear with anxiety. It even gives you a chart to break down both, so you can go through it and make sure you are helping yourself and your mind frame.
