Garrett is my favorite of the three books!

Living in Texas, even small ranches belong to the Texas Cattleman's Assoc., who would have stepped in and solved the rustling problems.

Give love another chance

What made the experience of listening to McKettricks of Texas: Garrett the most enjoyable?

The sparks between Garrett and Julie. Especially because Julie tries so hard to fight the attraction.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The most interesting aspect of the story is the closeness of the family and how each person adds to the group and the fun. The least interesting is the political problems that Garrett has to handle.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene is in the pool where they have their first moment together, it is just mouth water.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The story made me cheer when Julie and Garrett get together and start helping each other out and having steamy love scenes. I like the spaghetti casserole scene.

Any additional comments?

I like all of the McKettrick series, the group is strong, loving, fun and adventurous. They always help others.

Enjoyed

The characters and the story line all were interesting and kept me listening. I will always prefer historical fiction but enjoyed this anyways. I really like Jack Garrett’s voice as well. Took time getting used to but now I prefer it!

Not Bad

A little too wordy in some areas & the constant reminder of the three legged dog got tiring. It was cute at first but it became a marathon of how many ways can you describe a three legged dog.

BORING

This book is so boring that watching paint dry would classify as exciting. How did this author get a book published. You would have to be brain dead to enjoy this. I am not a literary snob. I love romances, which we all know are fluff, but this is ridiculous. Don't waste you money/credits.
