A good book of meditation.
This book is very well done and concise. It can be listen very quickly to get a general idea about meditation and how simple it really is. This author keeps it pithy. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in meditating.

Mediation is supreme!
I practice meditation on regularly. I can feel the difference. I listen the book to have documentation that meditation works. I am a customer service manager. My plan is to incorporate meditation into my team meetings.
