Certain things can decrease your serotonin levels, this book can explain to you what those are how to avoid or combat them and what happens if your serotonin levels do get too low.

This method can be used to help increase self-confidence, reduce anxiety, and get rid of phobias, especially when combined with hypnotherapy. Psychological mindsets can change our lives when combined with mental imagery.

Book 3: Oxytocin, Estrogen, Endorphins, Dopamine. Hormones produced by the body and all but one relate to feeling happy. Estrogen is responsible for developing and maintaining the female characteristics of the human body. But what exactly do they do to make us feel happy? Are they dangerous or addicting? Very enjoyable

So much to learn about the human psyche! And it's all interconnected with our hormones and body functions. I think this was valuable information.

Not bad

Not bad in any way. I feel it's 1 of the greatest audio books on the marketplace. I have actually discovered that certain books are pretty much trash, and this saddens me. But this audiobook did not follow that trend. It's actually really good. So, I appreciate it.

Not bad at all

Not bad to learn so much about the hormones and neurotransmitters in our brains. I learned a lot about myself.

I loved it

The author certainly knows how to say it well. I learned a lot just by soaking all of it up. The information was excellent, especially if you already understand a little about the issue. Really, you can understand nothing at all about it and still follow along effortlessly.

Fascinating stuff

You can learn so much from this book. I saw that it was a 3-book combo. So I snatched it away. Good snatch. Good book. No complaints. Learned a lot about my wife (estrogen).

Interesting

The narrtor sounds pretty professional, and the writer understands a ton about the subject. In my eyes, it was simply one of those audio books you can not skip. You can not dismiss it, because it is one of the best out there. I might become repetitious here, but that's just how I think of it.

such a waste of my credit!

It's been a while since I've listened to such a crappy book, both in content and performance! I've been through the first book, the second one it's a motivational crap with little science behind and the third one follows suit. I don't know what I hated the most, the performance or the content itself!
