About this listen

Hallucinations, everyone’s heard of them, but most don’t know the full extent and there are a lot of preconceived ideas and stereotypes out there. Emotional resilience is another thing that most people don’t really understand, as it’s not as well known. Bulimia is something that is more well known, but is the knowledge you possess accurate? Brain cancer, something no one wished existed. This guide will help shed some light on these subjects, and suggest/provide some treatment options, by discussing subjects such as:

  • Hallucinations in different age groups.
  • The different types of hallucinations and how to cope with them.
  • Some of the typical signs and causes of hallucinations.
  • How to speak with someone who is hallucinating, and how to take care of them.
  • Attributes and practices of emotionally resilient people.
  • 10 ways to build your emotional strength and increase your psychological durability.
  • The facts and falsehoods about bulimia.
  • What the causes are.
  • Symptoms and signs of bulimia.
  • Types of brain cancers, including pediatric brain cancers.
  • Learn how to detect brain cancers by studying their signs.
  • The impacts caused by brain cancer.

These are not the only subjects discussed in this audiobook, so buy it and start learning even more!

Emotional resilience

I had heard those words before, but now they made a lot more sense. To be tough in your mind and not make a fuss over every little thing takes some conscious decisions to change your mindset. Aside from that, there were some other topics I thought were somewhat related and interesting. I was impressed by this book.
