Another winner from India Greene

After experiencing the positive effects of India Greene's "Menopause Meditations" audiobook, I was eager to try this new one and, once again, it has proven to be an extremely beneficial purchase.
It's an incredibly calming and pleasant experience to listen to the mantras, mudras and affirmations along with the soothing background music. Menopause can make you feel completely out of balance and misaligned, so if you need assistance regaining your equilibrium, I highly recommend this audio book.

An Insightful Meditation

Menopause is another stage that women go through. I’ve always heard so many negative beliefs around it and now that I’m almost to that stage, I want to equip myself so I can change the dilemma around menopause.
Listening to this guided meditation brings me to peace within myself and embracing this new stage of life with power and energy.

I love that it is in different segment so I can go to what my need is at the moment.

So much great information

This area is a woman’s life can be quite intimidating and strange. You know that it’s natural, but part of you always wonders if you are “less of a woman” after menopause.

Well that’s absolutely not true. And this book really helps you get through all aspects of menopause. A must read for any woman struggling with the menopause process!

Useful Meditation for Woman

Do you feel tired of your life role? I think yes, because being a woman I also feel sometimes myself bounded and exhausted. But the issue is that I could not realise the reason of it. Now, I have started realosing it after reading this book. I got a lot of information from this book and I hope you will also discover many things about Menopause first and then Mantras and Mudras.

If you want to meditate yourself then it is really a good book which will let you out from your physical, mental or any kind of disorder.

Wonderful calming effects

This audiobook is great. I wanted to tap back into introducing meditation into my weekly practice and these guided meditations are some serious stress relievers. I did not even know what mudras were before this book so that was a great introduction as well. I hope this author and narrator produce more amazing guided meditations.

Freeing!

This was definitely written with me in mind as I am now embarking on that phase of my life. The mantras left me feeling light and free as I allowed this to wash over me, In the last month since I have started this, I have felt better than I've felt in the last few years. This has been the most effective I have read so far. Kudos to the author for this work.

Excellent resource for women

I really enjoyed this audiobook and would highly recommend it to other women. I found this to be both a calming and inspirational listen. This helped me become more accepting of and in tune with my body and heightened my confidence.

Great book!

The challenges and problems that besiege women at menopause are countless - mood swings, hot flushes, irritability, and lots more. This book is very calming and helpful in the psychological aspect of dealing with these problems. I highly recommend this book.

Wonderful!

I shared this with my mother who is going through menopause and this definitely helped her relax a bit more. She said the best part is it only takes a few minutes a day. This is something that can easily be incorporated in her daily routine. I also feel that this is not just for those going through menopause, I participated in the meditations as well and really enjoyed it. I felt refreshed and ready to take on the day! Highly recommended.
