This author seemed to have read my thoughts! The book is chock-full of powerful, timely content and tips to help women become a better version of ourselves. Being stuck in a negative mindset takes us nowhere, but the author gives insightful examples that helped me out of the rut I found myself in. The best part I think is the fact that this book is based on things we can do in our everyday lives, things we all can relate to, and things all women feel! I have shared this book with my sisters and co-workers because I think it can change lives. This was a job well done!

In my opinion and what I can extract from this audiobook, the self-help instructions and methods are presented in such a way that people can be moved to stick by them and really improve their lives. Also, it has several relatable examples presented in the appropriate section for visualization and comprehension. I believe these methods were well-researched and impactful if adhered to.

I really like that there’s several ways to get yourself unstuck. Not just the same old advice to think positive and exercise but possibly make small diet changes, add a supplement, do a gratitude journal and see what works for you. I think making one small change at a time could make a big difference.

I love the gratitude exercises that gave me a new way to focus on appreciating where I am currently in my life as I work towards achieving more. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to make changes, The information is approachable, actionable, and very helpful.

This is really a great read, from the introduction it had me. The way Vaughn explained how our mind can hold us back I totally agree. I really love how there was examples provided as well it was a great break down.
